Many students can not allocate 4 weeks in a row of their time for taking a Teacher Training Course due to the work, family etc.
For their convenience we have an option of splitting 200 hours of the course (4 weeks) into two sessions of 2 weeks each (100 hours + 100 hours).
The maximum period of time between two seasons is 1 year starting from the completion of the first session.
TAYSP 100+100 (200) hours Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training Course (TTC) which takes one month and where students get detailed knowledge of all aspects of teaching beginner and experienced Ashtanga Yoga practitioners.
This course includes daily Ashtanga Vinyasa practice, breathing exercises, pranayama, yoga nidra, lectures on basic principles of sattvic food, art of adjustment, meditations, introduction to kriyas, ancient yoga text studies, Indian philosophy, anatomy, yoga therapy, teaching ethic.
During the training students get detailed knowledge and practical experience which is essential for deepening the personal practice and building the strong foundation for your teaching activity.
In fact there will be 240 hours of training (practical part and theory) which gives you detailed knowledge and practical experience which is essential for either deepen your own personal practice and strong foundation for your teaching activity.
After completion of the course you get teaching certificate confirming your qualification as a yoga teacher.
Also after completion of the course every student gets basic anatomy course attendance certificate.
This certificate does not certify to do any medical activity but it confirms the course attendance and shows the evidence that you have got a basic knowledge of human body structure, its functions, locomotor system, etc. More detailed knowledge you get at yoga therapy classes.

For TTC course we make an emphasis for the practical part. By the end of the course the students must know all posture foundation/modifications and different ways of adjustment for the same postures for different body types/level of practice for the Primary Series. Also the students will be trained in teaching and get the real teaching experience for Mysore style class and Led class. When the course is finished our students must perform safe adjustment and knowledge of the sequence in a way of “one breath one movement”
The applicant should understand Basic English/Russian language as the Yoga teacher training course is conducted in English language (Russian translation can be provided).
Prior experience or knowledge of Yoga is necessarily required for Teacher Training Course. More important is an open mind and eagerness to learn.
The applicant should be in a good physical condition. The TTC is a very demanding program with at least 6 to 8 hours daily. Therefore, we advise students daily Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga practice for at least three months.
100% attendance at all classes is mandatory. Participants must follow the timetable and attend all sessions, activities.
The food is vegetarian. To experience the good effects of the Yogic lifestyle please do not bring meat from outside to eat.
If a student withdraws from the TTC under any circumstances, fee is a non-refundable and non transferable.
Places are given on eligibility and on first paid first served basis.
Fees include private room accommodation, two meals a day, all classes and materials for the course.
Payment options and cancellation policy:
The deposit can be transferred by paypal/bank transfer/Western Union;
The balance due has to be paid on orientation day on arrival (paypal/bank transfer/cash);
All fees are non refundable. A student can transfer from one course to another at least one month before the start of that course to attend another. After this time fees are forfeited.
If you are successful in passing the teacher training, you will receive a full certificate of completion approved by Yoga Alliance International.
If we consider you require more teaching practice you will receive a certificate of attendance. This certificate requires to complete more teaching practice with us after which your certificate will be upgraded.
