Being able to adjust yoga postures is a unique skill and it requires special qualification.
Adjustment of the yoga poses is meant to bring the body into its highest potential and overcome the obstacles on the path of evolution of the asana.

Hands-on Ashtanga adjustment at TAYSP Phuket

TAYSP offers a unique workshop of Art of Adjustment which covers adjustment of postures of Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series, fundamental principles of hands on adjustment, detailed alignment of asanas, contrainidications, benefits, anatomy aspect. During the workshop students are trained how to read different bodies and apply appropriate adjustments for all levels of practice and body constitution taking into account individual details of each body.

This program will be interesting for yoga teachers as well as for yoga practitioners as through learning and practicing adjustment the students improve their personal practice.

Participants are provided with paper manual book and pre recorded video materials.

Eligibility criteria

Prior experience or knowledge of Yoga is very helpful. More important is an open mind and eagerness to learn.

The deposit is 25% of the workshop price.

After we get the deposit we will send you the confirmation letter.

The workshop fee does not include accommodation and meals.

Payment options and cancellation policy:

The deposit can be paid by credit/debit card via payment link, Bank Transfer to Thai Bank account, PayPal, Crypto;
The balance due has to be paid right before the workshop starts;
All fees are non refundable. A student can transfer from one workshop to another at least two weeks before the start of that workshop to attend another. After this time fees are forfeited.

Certification:

After completion of the workshop students will get Certificate of attendance of the workshop.
