Train deeply.
Live fully.
Train seriously in the morning. Live in Phuket in the afternoon.
Two focused weeks of Ashtanga-based study, practice and teaching methodology in the quieter Cape Panwa area. Your mornings are purposeful. Your afternoons are yours.
No previous yoga experience is required. The programme is designed for committed beginners, dedicated practitioners and future teachers who want a practical foundation without disappearing into a month-long retreat.
Practice with purpose.
Asana, pranayama, philosophy, anatomy, adjustment and teaching practice in a focused small-group environment.
Then the island is yours.
Walk to the sea, rest by the pool, explore Cape Panwa or simply give your body time to absorb the work.
Learn to practise.
Learn to teach.
The course connects traditional Ashtanga foundations with the practical skills needed to guide real people safely and confidently.
A stronger personal practice
Understand alignment, breath, bandhas, modifications and the logic of the Primary Series.
Hands-on teaching skills
Practise clear instruction, safe adjustment, correction and class management.
Classes you can actually teach
Build sequences for different levels, timeframes and bodies — then practise delivering them.
Body and breath literacy
Study practical anatomy, pranayama, yoga therapy principles and Yoga Nidra.
Traditional context
Explore the Yoga Sutras, Hatha Yoga Pradipika, Bhagavad Gita and key philosophical ideas.
Confidence through repetition
Teach, receive feedback, refine your voice and become comfortable guiding others.
200 hours.
Two concentrated weeks.
Daily study combines physical practice, teaching craft and the wider framework of yoga. Sunday is your day off.
Your training day.
A structured morning and early afternoon, followed by time to rest and experience Phuket.
Phuket is yours.Beach time, recovery, cafés, island exploration — or absolutely nothing.
Practical. Personal. Hands-on.
Training is built around experience: practise the method, understand it, teach it, refine it.
