TAYSP is offering a unique program of stress relief using traditional Indian yoga techniques of self regulation that cover therapy for mind and body.

The program is very rich and balanced where traditional yoga approach meets Western psychology.

Stress and trauma are contracting our personality and blocking us from deeper experiences of ourselves and external environment, preventing us from having happy relationships and successful career.

We have enormous psychic potential within and through releasing the blockages of stress we are unlocking our internal inherent potential.

The number of the techniques was selected carefully for the best result. 

Our aim is to cover different aspects of releasing tensions from the mind (conscious mind and subconscious mind) and body which is a reflection of the mind according to teaching of Indian yoga.
The foundation of any yoga practice is a state of conscious relaxation that we are going to cultivate throughout the program.

During this program we will experience the efficiency of Ashtanga Yoga which has a potential of releasing the issues from deepest layers of the mind through the specific and consistent body work.

The approach of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga has a lot in common with an approach of body oriented psychotherapy where we can access deepest areas of our being for letting go and healing.

The practice includes consistent sequence of postures, Ujjayi breath application, method of vinyasa (synchronization of the breath and the movement), bandas application to preserve the energy within, drishties or gazing points, high degree of concentration.

It is important to link Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga with Pranayama (breath work) techniques. Working with the breath we are accessing the field of Prana or vital energy, releasing the blockages within energy channels and thus we effect on the mental conditions and the body well being. Pranayama combined with Ashtanga Vinyasa provides very strong effect on breaking through old habits, letting go emotional hang ups, moving out stagnations in the body, dissolving destructive issues in the mind.

Yoga Nidra is one of the signature practices for this program. During this practice daily we will train ourselves to develop a conscious relaxation with keeping awareness within entering a trance state. We will observe the area of subconscious mind and let go traumas that we carry throughout our life, we will will develop an internal positive intension to change, restructure or improve our lives. We will allow our internal conditionings to cease their impact and we will establish new healthy patterns within the mind.

We also find important to have lectures daily to explain the mechanisms of the mind and how yoga practices can be used for managing the emotional and mental states and improving physical health. During lectures we will learn approach of yoga working with the mind and we will discover the nature of our emotional states, internal conditionings, fears, frustrations. And most importantly how to deal with it.

Daily meditations will help to disidentify with the flow of the mind, step away and observe our mind activity. We will bring our minds into natural condition of self healing, improve the concentration and learn the techniques we can keep practicing at home to maintain a balanced lifestyle.

All fees are non refundable. A student can transfer from one course to another at least one month before the start of that course to attend another. After this time fees are forfeited.
