Five Days Program “Pranayama: The Path of Management of Body, Energy and Mind”
An Intensive Program for all levels
Leading Teacher: Rich

We are launching a small, intensive program for those who wish to truly master pranayama—not merely as a set of breathing exercises, but as a powerful system for working with energy, the body, and with the mind.
Most approaches to improving performance focus on motivation, time management, and discipline. They are effective—but only up to a point. Eventually, everyone reaches the limits of physiology: the nervous system, breathing, and attention cannot be controlled by willpower alone.
Here we address the root cause rather than the symptoms. Breathing and attention are physiological tools that directly influence stress levels, the quality of concentration, and the speed of recovery. By learning to regulate these systems, you gain sustainable performance, greater resilience, and the ability to maintain high effectiveness without sacrificing your health or quality of life.
Live Longer While Preserving Mental Clarity and Independence
Not just a longer life—but a better one.
Quality, dignity, and vitality at every stage of life.

Age Is Not a Diagnosis
We do not treat aging as a problem. The central question is not “How can we slow aging?” but rather “How can we preserve human capacity?”
Breathing function, mobility, mental clarity, memory, and social engagement can all be trained and maintained at any stage of life. The tools work—when applied consistently.

What the techniques offered support:
Mental clarity, memory, attention, learning capacity, and active social engagement.
Mobility, coordination, respiratory function, sleep quality, and the ability to live independently.
Healthy digestion, weight management, and sustained energy levels.
Independence, reduced social isolation, and active participation in family and community life.
Behavior change begins with state change.
Not treatment. Not therapy. A system for developing self-regulation, awareness, and impulse control.
Principle
Most destructive habits are not a lack of willpower. They are a way of regulating internal state—reducing anxiety, escaping discomfort, or creating temporary relief. A habit is functional.
We do not directly fight the habit. Instead, we develop the ability to notice the impulse before it becomes action, and to choose a different response.
This is a skill—and it can be trained.
This program is for those who wish to improve following core areas of development:
The group will be intentionally small to ensure that every participant receives personal attention and feedback.
Day Structure
Deep balancing of the nervous system, helping to reduce inner restlessness and the constant “background noise” of the mind.
A noticeable increase in lung capacity, optimized digestion, enhanced circulation, and improved nourishment of the brain.
The development of sustained attention and the ability to manage and direct your inner resources more effectively.
This is not a collection of isolated exercises, but a comprehensive system that gradually transforms the quality of your energy, health, and capacity to regulate your own state of being.
